Tuesday, 10th April 2007.

The annual pilgrimage to Vilamoura, Portugal in 2007 was a very serious affair, and as such, it was considered by 4 of the Kev Cup regulars to be worthy of a little preparatory work, careful study and team building.

Actually no, we just wanted to play more golf and dick about for 2 extra days.

As a result, myself, Rich Deaville, Rob Jacobs and Simon Clay have carved out a little niche for ourselves as 'The Six-dayers'.

Those two extra days became a veritable whirl of golf, beer and peanuts, with a smattering of driving lunacy and 5.30am brandies to boot.

No wonder we were in such good shape when the others arrived 2 days later!

As you can see from the photo's, it was all very demure, solemn and not in the least bit childish.

We played Vila Sol on the first day and Millenium on the second - an Earth-shattering 41 points from Simon Clay around Millenium was the highlight, Poor old Rich Deaville came last ........ with 37 points! Good scoring.
